Attendee Show Badges

SHOW BADGE CATEGORIES BY COLOR:
- RED – Design Engineer, Production Engineer, Manufacturing
- GREEN – Purchasing Agent Buyer, Supply Chain Manager
- BLACK – General Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Production Supervisor
- PURPLE – Business Development, Manufacturer’s Representative, Account Executive
- BROWN – Owner, President, Director of Manufacturing
Show badges are color-coded into five categories to help you recognize potential customers by their positions. These include engineering, purchasing, management, administration, and sales.
If you are using Electronic Lead Retrieval; open the D2P app, activate your device, and scan the custom QR code on their badge to collect their contact information instantly.
Each badge holder is made with non-glare material, making it much easier to read and to scan QR codes on attendee badges.
Line of Sight Show

Exhibitors are not allowed to place elements in their booth that significantly block the view of other exhibitors’ booths, ensuring fair visibility for all participants at a trade show or event.
The primary purpose of the line-of-sight rule is to ensure all exhibitors have a comparable opportunity to attract attendees by not blocking their neighbor’s view.
This rule is particularly important in linear booth setups where exhibitors are positioned side-by-side along an aisle.
